Atlas Art Therapy provides integrative psychotherapy that is holistic and trauma-informed, incorporating art therapy, talk therapy, and somatic practices. These modalities can be used individually or combined to support healing and personal growth. We support individuals navigating trauma/PTSD, ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. Located on the North Shore of Long Island, NY, we offer in-person sessions and provide online therapy throughout New York and Connecticut. Our goal is to create a space for creative expression, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful, lasting change.
